NO TILT ASSESSMENT by THE GURU (that's me)

So we've had a chance to have a look at all the teams in action, which means it is time for me to tell you who is going to win. Firstly let's boot out the teams who can't win:
Taiwan, Russia, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Bolivia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Portugal, Finland, Turkey, Colombia, Domincan Republic, Peru, Greece, Ecuador and Canada.
Some of these might be nice places to visit for a holiday, but I would feel confident going into a 1v1 against some of their players. There is no future for them in CRVL. Selecting Canada might shock some, especially after they beat Mexico, but despite being one of my favourite streamers, Sweep is not Atlas and cannot carry that team on his shoulders. Peru have the same issue in terms of relying on Miniminter. There's one more team who can't win it. I just mentioned them.
The hosts - Mexico.
I believe the reigning world champ (he might hold that title forever) Sergio Ramos, is struggling. Something is not quite right in that lad's head, confidence wise, and it is affecting his play. Maybe if they hide him in 2v2 and let DiegoB or Pomp play the singles, they might recover, but I expect Mexico to be the first big name to fall.
Outside chances:
France, Argentina, USA, Italy, Serbia, Romania & Chile
For assorted reasons, I am putting a line through these teams. Either they're a one man band, their roster lacks some depth, they aren't showing cohesion, or they are under too much pressure. I hope I'm wrong about the US and they make me eat my words. They are the team I want to win. Do something, Oh Yeah & Rf, or I will never have you in my clan again, and you can kiss your CRVL career goodbye too.
The Serious Players:
South Korea, Brazil, UK & Netherlands
It would not be a surprise if any of these teams won, except for Sth Korea. They are my dark horses. The underrated team whom I think can cause the shock. The UK have a stacked roster, but six does not go into three or four. Sometimes you just have to play your best team. I think this is their biggest concern. They need to find a balance. I have a protip for them. Boeufmac plays 1v1. If they work out the rest, they might just win it. Brazil have some great players, but they are guys I put just below the absolute top class. The Netherlands might appear to lack a little depth, but they have the experience of Surge, and he knows how to lift a team over the line. This counts for a lot. Expect them to run deep.
Edit: I should've checked this morning's games. Baring a miracle, it seems Netherlands are screwed thanks to the worst earthquake in CR history.
The Big Guns:
Spain & Germany
No surprises here. We are talking about some of the best CR talent in the world, and full of experience on the big stage. Spain have the same team balance issue which confronts the UK. I thought it was unforgivable that they left Kannygaru out of KOTH in their first match. When you've got the best, you use them. Bale is certainly an improving player, but he doesn't have the big game credentials of Kanny.
Germany are just like their football teams. They're robots, not humans. Not just any robots, but CR Terminators programmed to destroy their opposition and nothing else. They have no mercy. They know no mercy. Big, big, big chance.
The Winners:
China
"Gramps, are you nuts?", I hear everyone asking. Some good judges told me Chinese players, and the CRL region in general, were washed. To me this is insanity. They basically win everything or make the finals of everything, and yet they are being judged solely on an off-colour performance at WCG. There's an old saying in horse racing..."Always forgive a champion one bad run".
So there you have it. Chances are I forgot a team. I'm too lazy to check. If I did, they can't be any good anyway. Feel free to add your predictions in the comment section below.
